Sunday, April 11, 2010Simeon Shinkfield sang in pubs and shows and in 2007 tour extensively the east coast of Australia and visit NZ and the USA for the first time. With such great acceptance of the music and the stories behind it, Simeon and guitarist Graham Moyle decided to hit the scene full time in 2008.
The year began with a full band tour of NSW, the recording of a new album, and acoustic duo tours of TAS, WA and QLD, not to mention a spattering of shows across VIC.
A new journey begins for the second half of 2008 as the new album, "Then We Collide" is launched. Extensive touring of Australia is currently being pieced together as the first single, "All Remains Is Love" is released to radio.

Simeon's experience of living in West Africa for two years has also led to partnership with groups like CBM (Christian Blind Mission) to explore ways of helping the poorest of the poor.
With his previous album, "Framed", Simeon had extensive radio play on countless community radio stations as well as commercial spins across Australia on the Austereo Network. Please note the changes to the baptism and the Easter Sunday Service:
The baptism will be held at a beach area near to the EAST COAST SEAFOOD CENTER at EAST COAST PARKWAY at 10.30am. Please see the location map below for direction.
The Sunday Easter Service will be held at the usual time of 3.00pm at the Metropolitan YMCA, UPPER ROOM, 5th Floor.
Jacelyn Tay (former MediaCorp actress) will be our special guest on East Sunday. She is coming to celebrate Easter Sunday with us, and will be giving her testimony. She has a great testimony to share.
Bring your love ones and friends to this special day, and also witness the water baptism of a few of our CCF members!
